  3. What are your operating hours for the brick & mortar location?

    • Monday to Friday: 9 am - 6 pm (St. Catharines & Grimsby close at 5 pm)
    • Saturday: 9 am - 5 pm
    • Sunday: 11 am - 3 pm (Note: Stratford, St. Catharines & Grimsby are closed on Sundays.)

    The vision began with Wayne Watson, who, after exploring opportunities with a Floral Chain in Manitoba, moved to London in the mid-90s. Starting with three locations in London, ON, we've since expanded and even began franchising in 2010.

    Our inventory is refreshed almost daily. As flowers sell, we replenish, ensuring freshness. Most stores receive new flower shipments 2 or 3 times per week.

  1. How are flowers packaged for delivery?

    Our flowers are meticulously packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Flowers in vases are carefully placed in boxes, adorned with cello, decorative tissue, and ribbon, accompanied by care instructions for an effortless gifting experience. Meanwhile, bouquets are wrapped with a moisture-retaining pack, ensuring they stay hydrated, and are complemented with decorative tissue and ribbon for easy vase placement.

  2. Which areas do you deliver to?

    We proudly serve a range of locations including Brantford, Burlington, Cambridge, Grimsby, Kitchener, London, Mississauga, Oakville, Peterborough, Sarnia, St Catharines, St Thomas, Stratford, and Strathroy.

  3. Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

    Absolutely! We offer weekend deliveries. If a Sunday delivery doesn’t work, we’ll aim for Saturday. If neither day is accessible, your order will be set for Monday delivery.

  4. What are your delivery charges?

    Local deliveries are priced at $12. Fees for out-of-town deliveries vary based on the store (see our Delivery Fee Chart.) For online orders, the delivery cost is determined during checkout, based on the recipient's address.

  5. Can I request a specific delivery time?

    While we do our best, specific delivery times can't be guaranteed. Typically, we accomplish deliveries within a four-hour window. When ordering, you can mention your preferred time frame in the special instructions, and we'll do our utmost to meet your request.

  6. What if the recipient isn't home at the time of delivery?

    Our delivery personnel are trained to handle such scenarios. They may leave the gift at a secure location or with a neighbour or leave a message for the recipient to coordinate a convenient delivery time.

  7. How are the flowers delivered?

    Customers can choose between a vase arrangement or a simple bouquet. The bouquet comes protected with a moisture-retaining pack for hydration, and the vase arrangements are suitably boxed for safe transit.

  8. Do you collaborate with courier services?

    We currently work with local private couriers in certain cities, but we aren’t partnered with any major courier companies.

  9. How should bouquets be handled upon delivery?

    Upon receiving your bouquet, give the stems a fresh ½-inch cut from the bottom and place them in a clean vase filled with cold water. Also, utilize the provided plant food for optimal freshness.
